Activities are based on individual interests and may include access to our modern sensory room, hydrotherapy pool, physiotherapy room and spacious garden.
Staff are trained and experienced in positive behaviour support, complex communication and respectful personal care.
We offer activities from 8am until 5pm, 5 days per week at our purpose-built site Pennyweight, located at 222 Otway Street South, Ballarat. The facility is equipped with:
- Ceiling hoists to main rooms
- Fully accessible bathrooms
- A hydrotherapy pool
- A sensory room
- A physiotherapy room
- Individual breakout rooms
- A sensory garden

Our professional staff ensure that you are always treated with dignity and respect, and have as much choice and control over your day as possible.
There are new activities happening regularly and we focus on mobility, communication, daily living, and social skills. Programs are tailored to individual interests and include recreational activities and physical exercise in our heated indoor pool. Community participation is supported and encouraged.
